Series: Philological sciences» of the Joint Stock Company «KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan» is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Mass Media» dated 23 July 1999 No. 451-I, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education» dated 27 July 2007, Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the requirements to scientific publications for inclusion them in the list of the editions recommended for the publication of results of scientific activity» dated 12 January 2016 No. 20.
