The article considers femininity features and female narrative in modern German and Russian literary texts. The research incorporates a comparative analysis of gender and cultural aspects of the two literary traditions.
The goal of the work is to identify the specificity of femininity through the analysis of cultural features of the female narrative in modern literary works. The material of the study is the texts of modern German- and Russian-speaking writers. The methods applied include gender and comparative literary analyses including cultural aspects.
The results of the analysis show that the German texts are dominated by an emphasis on the issues of motherhood and interpersonal relationships, highlighting the importance of women's family role and the desire for self-realization.
In Russian texts, the focus is on internal experiences, emotional reflection, and self-analysis, which indicates a deep connection with the tradition of subjective narrative.
The findings of the study confirm the significant influence of the national cultural context on the formation of female images and narrative strategies.
The study proves the existence of differences in the interpretation of women's roles, which correlate with the cultural codes of both traditions. The obtained results contribute to a deeper understanding of gender stereotypes, social dynamics, and cultural identity in literary texts. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its results to analyse gender marking of linguistic means in the German and Russian languages. The identified stylistic devices and features of the linguistic expression of femininity can not only contribute to the development of models of intercultural communication but also serve as a basis for the analysis of national and cultural characteristics associated with gender identity, as well as for the study of role attitudes and their linguistic manifestations.
