The article examines the linguacultural features of modern Kazakh anthroponyms over the past decades. In general, Kazakh anthroponyms are characterized by transparent motivation and culturally determined. The analysis of the synchronic anthroponymy of the Kazakhs confirms the ethno-identity and actualization of the national ethnic anthroponymic fund, which is reflected in the revival of historical names. The empirical material of the article also presents memorial anthroponyms of the modern Kazakh language. Socio-cultural factors of modern Kazakh society influenced the emergence of Muslim theophoric names of Arabic origin and a certain layer of names borrowed from other cultures. The former are integrated without much cognitive dissonance, which is explained by a single religion and/or common Turkic community, the latter are of an occasional nature, which is explained by the asymmetry in linguistic consciousness. The unproductiveness of names included in lexical-semantic groups associated with the names of metals and stones, fruits and food products at the present stage of ethnoanthroponymy of the Kazakhs has been determined. Invented names that are characterized by low frequency or singularity are also noted. The article analyzes the linguacultural basis of the inner form of desiderative names which are one of the main motives for naming. The article also discusses the features of the use of honorific addressing in the Kazakh communicative model, their linguistic forms and new forms of address appearing in modern business circles. This study makes a certain contribution to the further development of Kazakhstani anthroponymic researches. Determining modern trends in the anthropoformation of the Kazakhs and their linguocultural features are of practical importance for recording the stages of development of modern ethnoanthroponymy. Based on linguistic and cultural analysis, we can conclude that, modern Kazakh anthroponymy is characterized by ethnic identity, stability and internal dynamics and determined by the socio-cultural context.
