The article is devoted to the study of the archetype "House" in the works of R. Seisenbaev. The analysis is based on the novel "The Throne of Satan". Identifying archetypes helps to find very important parameters that can shift the usual accents in a work of art, subjecting the artistic text to significant interpretation. Home becomes one of the basic needs and positive values of a person, and homelessness becomes one of the negative ones. The presence of the Archetype of Home is observed in almost all aspects of the spiritual life of society, which makes it one of the most meaningful universal concepts. Becoming a marker of a person's self-identification, it is correlated not only with space, but also with the fate of the characters.
The theoretical basis for this scientific research was the fundamental provisions in the field of mythocriticism and mythopoetics of the literary text. The work uses hermeneutical and semantic methods, as well as text content analysis. The developed method of analyzing the archetype "House" in the prose of R. Seisenbaev is proposed. The scientific significance of the work lies in the fact that thanks to the analysis of this archetype as a universal symbol, it becomes possible to determine that the House in the novel "Throne of Satan" symbolizes a fulcrum, physical and emotional protection, as well as a connection with roots and family.
The house is associated with warmth, protection, traditions and family values. Along with the archetypal concept of "Home", which is defined as a tradition, norm, and undisturbed culture, the work examines the motif of "Homelessness" as a symbol of homelessness and loss of self-confidence. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the results of the analysis of the archetype "House" in conducting practical classes on literary theory, as well as for developing a special course on the philological analysis of a literary text.
The conclusion of the work is the statement that the archetype of the House in the novel "The Throne of Satan" becomes a metaphor for the state of mind and the characters' relationships with each other. The study of this issue not only contributes to a deeper understanding of the meaning of R. Seisenbaev's work, but also the importance of archetypal analysis in literary studies.
