Abstract

The article is devoted to the principles of compiling a dictionary of mental states in the Russian language. The subject of the research is the nominative-functional field “anger”. The fragment " Resentment - Rage  is considered. To describe it, such research methods are used as the method of dictionary definitions, the method of component analysis of the semantics of a word, comparison of data from different dictionaries, which makes it possible to comprehensively describe a particular mental state and its different shades.
