Abstract

The article deals with the importance of learning the principles of language proficiency and the competence system and how communicative activities implement the applied nature of language. At the same time, communication discusses the issues of perception, comprehension, understanding the meaning of the word, taking into account cognitive features, forming the skills to express their thoughts, opinions in different life situations, solve communicative tasks, implement communicative purpose, correctly use the laws and norms of language.

The aim of the research is to determine the positions and competences pursuing the communicative goal and its significance in mastering the Kazakh language.

The scientific significance of our research work is emphasized by the fact that matching the positions and competences of teaching the Kazakh language in a multilingual audience and forming linguocultural competences and solving information, communicative problems contribute to the effectiveness of teaching the Kazakh language, contribute to the field of cognitive linguistics, linguoculturology, communicative-pragmatics in Kazakh linguistics. Regarding the scientific importance of language competence, there have been many studies in linguistics, psychology, education and sociology investigating the role of language in communication, cultural expression and cognitive development. These studies highlight the importance of language competence in various fields and have helped to understand language and its role in society.

The practical relevance is important in linguistics in the scientific consideration of approaches to mutual understanding, exchange of ideas within language communication in the functional, communicative-pragmatic, cognitive, linguocultural aspects. It requires the study of didactic principles of language teaching and the system of competences mastered by the learner.

The main research methods are descriptive, generalizing, grouping, methods and techniques of using linguistic means.

As a result of the research it was found out that formation of communicative competence, as a new direction caused by the general directions and positions, especially contributes to solution of informative, communicative problems and formation of linguocultural competence in a foreign language classroom on the subject of conformity of positions and competences of teaching the Kazakh language and effectiveness of teaching the Kazakh language. The practical significance of the results of the work consists of the fact that for language learners the complex coverage of listening, reading, pronunciation, writing, linguistic actions allows raising the quality of language learning at the world level and facilitating language learning. Therefore, these processes are of great importance when examining the system of attitudes and competences of language acquisition.
