This article considers the meaning of proverbs with basic concepts of «health» and «hygiene» in the Russian and Kazakh languages in the context of intangible cultural heritage.
The aim of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the two languages from a linguocultural perspective, with a focus on identifying cultural codes, contextual meanings, and specific features that distinguish one culture from the other.
The study highlights the unique linguistic and cultural features inherent in each language, allowing us to understand better the cultural differences and similarities between the Russian and Kazakh peoples. For example, while both cultures recognize the importance of health and hygiene, how these concepts are expressed and the emphasis placed on certain aspects may vary greatly.
The following methods were used in the research process: linguistic description, comparative, method of component analysis, and statistical.
The analysis of the idioms in linguistics shows the existence of universal expressions, which are similar in content, and, at the same time, the meanings of the sayings differ significantly, thus reflecting the cultural specifications and uniqueness of each studied culture. These differences underline that while languages may have common concepts, their interpretation and symbolic meaning can vary depending on the cultural context.
Thus, the results of the study of proverbs with basic concepts of «health» and «hygiene» in Russian and Kazakh languages can serve as a basis for further research, aimed at preserving and understanding the cultural differences and similarities of Paremyological units of Russian and Kazakh languages.
The conducted linguocultural analysis and the results of the analysis form the basis for the development of methodological approaches, pedagogical strategies, and active and interactive tasks with the use of digital technologies for the effective teaching of Russian as a second language, as well as Kazakh as a second language in the conditions of globalization, which is of particular importance for intercultural communication in the modern world.
