SOCIAL MEDIA OF KAZAKHSTAN: COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SOCIETY AND AUTHORITIES

Over the past fifteen years, the Internet space has become widespread among users. The main goal of a special communication environment is not only the exchange of information, but also the formation of public opinion, the influence on mass consciousness. Internet communication has reached a new level of a universal interactive environment. Despite territorial and time restrictions, social media provide processed information of any complexity in order to create favorable conditions for feedback with the audience. In turn, the feedback model is implemented through the use of certain strategies during the distribution of video, audio, photo and text information. The main objective of the study is to present the communication strategies used in communication between the authorities and society in the context of digital communication. The research methodology is based on linguistic and comparative analysis of personal pages of high-ranking officials in social networks.
The communication strategies presented in the study reveal the role of modern social media. By analyzing various types of intention, the author concludes that domestic media are one of the effective tools in improving the process of virtual communication. The result of the virtual communication process can be considered the establishment of feedback between officials and users of social networks. The strategies proposed by the author of the article have a significant impact on the formation of public opinion and the emergence of a new model of tactics.
The value of the scientific work lies in establishing the relationship between the unlimited possibilities of the digital space, as well as communication between the authorities and society, which ultimately led to the transformation of the discourse of power. The scientific significance lies in the consideration of domestic social media not only as a means of digital conversation, but also as a virtual system that includes the receipt, distribution, and processing of information.
