THE WORLDVIEW OF AN ORPHAN CHILD IN T. ASEMKULOV'S NOVEL «A LIFE AT NOON»

Roman T. Asemkulov's novel «A life at noon» is a work that reveals the psychology and worldview of an orphaned child. Through the image of an orphan in a prose work, one can understand not only the fate of an individual, but also the universal human condition. In the novel, the grandfather tries to hide the absence of the parents, but a metaphysical longing wells up within the child. This is probably why the main character seeks to find himself in books, the sounds of the dombra, and instructive conversations at the family table.
The main purpose of the article is to describe the inner world of the orphan Azhigerei in the novel «A life at noon» and to examine the problem of existential loneliness. The article conducts a comprehensive study of the spiritual world of the orphan and analyzes the problem of spiritual loneliness from a philosophical and psychological point of view. The main idea is to analyse the artistic techniques the author has used in depicting a wounded character. The study employs the methods of literary-artistic analysis, psychological analysis, cognitive analysis, existential-philosophical analysis and speculative analysis.
As a result of the study, it turns out that the author's novel «A life at noon» is a work that explores not only the history of Kui art, but also the aspirations of an orphan child who tries to find himself through Kui, the path of formation as a person, fears in the depths of consciousness expressed through symbolism. The study serves as a basis for the literary-theoretical analysis of the orphan image and the findings are recommended for use in teaching and scientific practice.
