The research methodology includes an analytical review of scientific papers within the theory of discourse devoted to the definition of the pragmatics of discourse. The main results of the research work: it was revealed that the pragmatics of family discourse is implemented in certain communicative situations and with the help of speech acts. The value of the study: In the modern era of globalization, the social role of the family in society is increasing. To preserve national identity in the family, it is very important to establish a communicative situation, that is, family discourse between family members. A person can express his wishes and intentions only in communication. The strength of the family increases only by regulating everyday relationships, that is, by discussing and coordinating family issues. In our work, family discourse is seen as a type of discourse arising from domestic situations, personal events and interests, characterized by communicative-pragmatic parameters.
