THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES OF LEGAL TRANSLATION (ON EXAMPLE OF DOCUMENTS OF THE ASTANA INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTER COURT (THE AIFC COURT)

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the accuracy, adequacy and acceptability of the translation of legal documents based on the decisions, orders, rules and orders of the International Financial Court of Astana, which administers justice in English and based on the legislation of the United Kingdom, and not the national legislation of Kazakhstan. The work examines the linguistic, legal and cultural aspects of legal translation, the relationship between different legal systems, languages and cultures.
