GENDER DISCOURSE IN ABAI'S POETRY

Abstract

In the article, the gender category is differentiated from the point of view of literary criticism. The artistic paradigm of the main concepts characteristic of the concept of gender, which has become an independent theoretical subject with a scientific metalanguage within the framework of the work of the great poet Abai, is considered. At the same time, the terminological difference between “sex” and “gender” is determined, which is often repeated in gender studies, and the factors that make up feminist and masculine views in a literary context are studied. The linguo-poetic nature of literary and cultural phenomena that reveal the gender image of men and women in the literary Abay's text. The author's interpretation reveals the meaning of gender-specific names in behavioral norms and the social status of men and women in Abai's poetry.

In other areas of the humanities, gender problems that have been sufficiently systematically studied, one might say, have not been developed at all in the national literary science. In the same way, although the work of the greatest genius of the Kazakh people Abai did not remain outside the attention of researchers, the literary heritage of the poet has not been studied from the point of view of artistic genderology. Therefore, the definition of the artistic system of gender science, the interpretation of the creative concept of a thinking poet with a modern approach, considering gender poetics based on the lyrics of Abai, is one of the main goals of this article.

The scientific and practical significance of the article is determined by the special influence on the formation of an understanding of gender poetics in the literary mind through the scientific considerations and definitions presented here, and the conclusions drawn.

In addition, gender features that are not noted in the fundamental Abai studies, for the first time comprehensively studying Abai in the artistic world, based on the image of a woman and male nature, allows a deeper understanding of the poet's worldview and the realities of the time. An article of a certain level is suitable for the needs of literary and Abai scholars.

When explaining the gender discourse in the poetry of khakim Abai, literary-interpretative, contextual, conceptual analyzes were used that determine the semantic structure of gender lexemes.

The value of the study is explained by a deeper consideration of the gender status of women and men in the works of Abai and the promotion of the improvement of theoretical knowledge about gender poetics in the literary space.

The results of the study are of particular importance in the analysis of gender issues in the social sciences in accordance with integration knowledge and in the interpretation of artistic texts from a gender perspective in a number of courses and seminars.
