Abstract

Annotation: The article deals with the linguocultural features of the etiquette an apology  in the Kazakh and Chinese languages. In addition, the study focuses on the role of  etiquette in improving the language communication and polite speech in the society.

The main purpose of the article is to compare the etiquette formulas aimed at the implementation of the language communication in the Kazakh and Chinese societies. In this regard, the rules of polite usage of the language communication between the addressee and the addressee, the similarities and differences of the linguistic unity of the Kazakh and Chinese peoples are compared in terms of language culture, traditions, national mentality.

The problem research methodology is closely connected with the sciences of history, sociology and linguistics. The research intends to examine the theory and practice of communication between the addressee and the addressee in the implementation of the etiquette. The article uses methods of analysis, description, historical, comparative, empirical and social research, depending on the specifics of the usage of the etiquette in the Kazakh and Chinese languages.

According to many researchers, human relations should be based on the national mentality and the laws, rules and principles formed in this environment, because a person develops and matures together with society. In thе process оf implementing thе language etiquette оf another pеоple, everyone should know thе language of that country, as well as the mentality and worldview and thе history of spiritual development. This is due to the fact that not all peoples have the same cultural characteristics, which creates problems in the implementation of communication. The article also emphasizes that the etiquette in Kazakh and Chinese society is based on traditional harmony and politeness, the main thing is that people show respect and dignity to each other, and that society can be formed correctly if the principles of humanity and politeness are observed.

The results of the research are   for the usage in the practice of higher education in the training of linguists, research work of undergraduates and doctoral students.
