FEATURES OF TRANSLATION OF CHILDREN'S LITERATURE

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems that arise in the translation of children's literature. The study revealed the features of a creative approach to the translation of literature for children, taking into account their age characteristics (preschoolers, junior schoolchildren, adolescents). The fragments from the classical children's literature presented for analysis and their translations into the Kazakh language are considered from the standpoint of the modern requirements of translation science.
