Abstract

This article discusses the Kazakh translation of an excerpt from “The call of the wild” by Jack London. It analyzes what methods of transformation were used by the translator in the translation process. The purpose of the article is to compare the original with the translation to determine what changes have taken place and to determine if the translation has retained semantic accuracy.
