Abstract

The article examines the features of the introduction of distance education at the present stage of the development of society. The work was carried out in line with the generalization of the experience of introducing distance education available in Kazakhstan by analyzing and systematizing the facts. The analysis carried out by the authors of the article is a definite contribution to the relevant branches of science, helps to see the trends, achievements and shortcomings of the process of introducing distance education into the educational process.

The tendencies towards the creation of international digital educational structures for various purposes are noted. It is emphasized that there are absolutely new opportunities for information, educational, research and other activities that can be carried out without direct human participation.

The main features of distance education are highlighted, such as: openness,

modularity, competence, flexibility, adaptability, integrability, scalability, extensibility, asynchrony, parallelism, mass character, individuality of training, quality of training, profitability.

The features of distance education in Kazakhstan, which is successfully integrating into the world educational space, are analyzed. Also, the article deals with the fact that in the Republic of Kazakhstan, automated training systems were developed using multimedia. Particular attention is paid to describing the areas that need to be developed for the effective implementation of distance education in Kazakhstan, including work towards the individualization of the learning process. The necessity of reconstruction of the educational structure of Kazakhstan for the introduction of distance education is emphasized.

The characteristics of the educational environment are indicated. In the final part, it is noted that either these aspects are well developed, or are at the stage of formation and development in our country. The authors conclude that distance education is currently in demand and promising in Kazakhstan.

information technologies, in the field of digitalization, engaged in the introduction of distance education into the educational process and building a progressive and innovative educational environment.
